We all have IT, but are we aware how much we have and how it affects us?

Stop and look around the area in which you are setting right now. Next, open a couple of kitchen drawers. Then go into your bedroom and evaluate in detail the items in your dresser. Then, if you see nothing....go look in the garage.

Reducing the amount of noise in your life, will significantly affect who you are and how you operate. Streamlining what you have is the easiest place to start.

Psychology Today says "Getting rid of the clutter in your home, with or without the help of other non-organizationally challenged individuals, seems to be a key factor that you may not have realized is so important to your feelings of happiness."

Our lives are very busy, so you may say this will take too much time. This move backward will surely cause a giant move forward for some. Especially if you make it a habit.

FUN REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

An annual survey conducted by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® of recent home buyers and sellers provides insight into detailed information about their experiences with this important transaction. Here are highlights from the latest report.
  • At 31 percent, the primary reason for purchasing a home was the desire to own a home of their own.
  • First-time buyers made up 35 percent of all home buyers, an increase over last year’s near all-time low of 32 percent.
  • Eighty-eight percent of buyers recently purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker.
  • Eighty-eight percent of buyers would use their agent again or recommend their agent to others.
  • Only eight percent of recent home sales were FSBO sales again this year. For the second year, this is the lowest share recorded since this report started in 1981.
